Sorry to burst your bubble buddy but  NOS does not cause flames(aka backfire) like in the movies. Power has nothing to do with it. The Rotary’s backfiring is actually a sign of inefficiency as it is wasted fuel send down the exhaust pipe ignited as it leaves the piping.  ANY car can backfire, you could tune one to purposefully make it backfire if you were that desperate.  This explanation is so needed for today’s car scene^
